All payments made for workshops, digital programs, or online sessions are generally non-refundable, as access to digital content or seat allocation is reserved immediately after payment. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as: Duplicate payment Technical issues preventing access, verified by our team Any refund request must be raised in writing within the specified time mentioned on the landing page. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to Razorpay’s processing timelines. We reserve the right to accept or reject refund requests based on the nature of the service and usage status.
